Job summary

TE Connectivity seeks an experienced S2P Team Leader to manage and develop a high-performing Source-to-Pay team in a dynamic shared services environment. You will drive service quality, manage workload, coach staff, and partner with Finance and Procurement to deliver value.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, SAP/MS Office proficiency, and a track record of delivering KPI-driven results. English fluency and additional European languages are advantageous.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in S2P/P2P, Accounts Payable, or Finance Operations.
  • Previous people leadership experience in a shared services environment.
  • Strong understanding of accounting and end-to-end S2P processes.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and achieve KPIs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with process improvement, standardization, or automation initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office, with excellent English skills.
  • Additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Source-to-Pay (S2P) team, ensuring high-quality and timely service delivery.
  • Manage team workload, allocate tasks effectively, and support employee development through coaching and performance feedback.
  • Drive achievement of KPIs and SLAs while continuously improving team performance and efficiency.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and other business functions to ensure excellent service and collaboration.
  • Support process transitions, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze operational data and provide insights to support business decisions and process optimization.
  • Manage escalations, resolve complex issues, and identify opportunities to enhance service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and controls while proactively addressing risks.
  • Foster a collaborative, engaged, and high-performing team environment through effective communication and leadership.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and business partners.

Your main tasks
