Job summary

Talentuno Technologies in Warszawa is seeking an RtR Senior Team Manager to lead the accounting team, optimize GL processes, and ensure timely month-end and year-end closes across regions. You will drive process improvements, coordinate close activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality financial data.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in General Ledger Accounting, 2+ years of leadership, and SAP expertise. Fluent English is required; German is an asset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ General Ledger Accounting experience.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• SAP is mandatory; Oracle knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent English; German is an asset.
• Professional accounting qualification is a plus (CA/ACCA/CIMA).

Responsibilities

• Manage the accounting team to improve efficiency.
• Conduct employee assessments for development.
• Explain complex issues to customers and present results.
• Update process documents and procedures.
• Standardize recorded processes to boost efficiency and internal satisfaction.

RtR Senior Team Manager

• Manage the accounting team with the objective to constantly improve its efficiency,
• Conduct employee assessment to ensure further development of the employees and consistency of individual goals with company objectives,
• Contact the customers in order to explain more complex issues and presents the results and conducted control activities,
• Update process documents and accounting procedures,
• Improve and standardizes recorded processes in order to increase efficiency and satisfaction of the internal Customers.
• Coordinate accounting period closing activities,
• Checks the general ledger entries with subsidiary ledgers and reconciliation of the general accounts.
• Delivers data and analyses for audit reasons,
• A minimum of 5 years ofexperience in General Ledger Accounting(preferably in SSC/BPO environment).
• At least 2 years ofleadership experiencewith a proven track record of operational effectiveness & efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar discipline.
• Strong knowledge on the application of accounting tools and IT systems, with SAP mandatory (Oracle a plus point also).
• A high level of numerical and analytical skills
• Very good talking, writing and reading proficiency in English, German is an asset
• Qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) as a plus
