Job summary

Talentuno poszukuje RtR Accountant with Spanish do zespołu finansowego w Warszawie. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie prowadzić księgowość obrotową, rozliczać bilanse i przygotowywać raporty zgodnie z wewnętrznymi standardami firmy, wspierając audyty i procesy finansowe.

Wymagana jest dobra znajomość hiszpańskiego i angielskiego, minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w księgowości oraz wykształcenie z zakresu rachunkowości. Mile widziane certyfikaty zawodowe (CA/ACCA/CIMA).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accountancy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar discipline.
• Strong experience in General Ledger Accounting.
• Knowledge on the application of accounting tools and IT systems (SAP as an asset).
• High level of numerical and analytical skills.
• Very good talking, writing and reading proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Qualified Accountant certificate (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) as a plus.

Responsibilities

• Księgowanie i weryfikacja wpisów w księdze głównej dla wspieranych jednostek.
• Korygowanie księgi głównej z podsystemami księgowymi.
• Księgowanie i przygotowywanie raportów dotyczących środków trwałych.
• Przygotowywanie i generowanie płatności ręcznych i automatycznych.
• Księgowanie wyciągów bankowych, fakturowanie i rozliczenia kont bankowych.
• Wspieranie systemu bankowego i operacji finansowych.
• Rozliczanie bilansu oraz raportowanie zgodnie z wymaganiami firmy.
• Dostarczanie danych i analiz na potrzeby audytów.

Praca na stanowisku RtR Accountant with Spanish

RtR Accountant with Spanish

• Books and verifies General Ledger Journal Entries on behalf of supported units (accruals, provisions, cost allocations)
• Reconciles General Ledger with sub ledgers
• Books, reconciles and prepares fixed assets reports
• Preparing and generating manual and automatic payments
• Accounting of bank statements, billing and reconciliation of bank accounts
• Supporting bank system and financial operations
• Balance Sheet reconciliation
• Reporting according to internal company requirements
• Providing data and analysis for audits
• Supports Team Manager to handle non-standard processes, corrections and others orders from supported unit

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accountancy (experience in Shared Service organization will be an asset)
