Job summary

Talentuno Technologies in Warszawa seeks an RtR Team Manager to lead the accounting team, ensure accuracy of the general ledger, and streamline closing processes.

You will mentor staff, coordinate cross-region activities, and drive process improvements. Fluent English and SAP experience are essential; a Bachelor's in Accounting and professional qualification are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in General Ledger Accounting.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience with proven operational effectiveness.
• Strong knowledge of accounting tools and IT systems.
• Very good English speaking/writing/reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the accounting team to improve efficiency.
• Conduct employee assessments for development and alignment with company objectives.
• Explain complex issues to customers and present results and controls.
• Update process documents and accounting procedures.
• Improve and standardize recorded processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate accounting period closing activities.
• Check general ledger entries with subsidiary ledgers and reconcile accounts.
• Deliver data and analyses for audits.

RtR Team Manager

What you will do?

• Manage the accounting team with the objective to constantly improve its efficiency,
• Conduct employee assessment to ensure further development of the employees and consistency of individual goals with company objectives,
• Contact the customers in order to explain more complex issues and presents the results and conducted control activities,
• Update process documents and accounting procedures,
• Improve and standardizes recorded processes in order to increase efficiency and satisfaction of the internal Customers.
• Coordinate accounting period closing activities,
• Checks the general ledger entries with subsidiary ledgers and reconciliation of the general accounts.
• Delivers data and analyses for audit reasons,
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in General Ledger Accounting (preferably in SSC/BPO environment).
• At least 2 years of leadership experience with a proven track record of operational effectiveness & efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar discipline.
• Strong knowledge on the application of accounting tools and IT systems, with SAP mandatory (Oracle a plus point also).
• A high level of numerical and analytical skills
• Very good talking, writing and reading proficiency in English
• Qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) as a plus
