Job summary

Talentuno Technologies seeks an Accountant with Spanish to manage General Ledger entries, reconciliations, and payments for multiple entities. You will handle bank statements, billing, and balance sheet tasks while supporting audits and reporting to internal stakeholders.

The role requires strong Spanish and English communication, familiarity with accounting tools such as SAP, and a collaborative attitude in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a similar discipline.
• Very good speaking, writing and reading proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Experience in General Ledger Accounting is advantageous.
• Knowledge of accounting tools and IT systems (SAP is an asset).

Responsibilities

• Books and verifies General Ledger Journal Entries for supported units.
• Reconciles General Ledger with sub ledgers.
• Books, reconciles and prepares fixed assets reports.
• Preparing and generating manual and automatic payments.
• Account for bank statements, billing and bank reconciliation.
• Support bank system and financial operations.
• Balance Sheet reconciliation and reporting per internal requirements.
• Provide data and analysis for audits.
• Assist Team Manager with non-standard processes and corrections.
• Experience in accounting (Shared Service experience is a plus).
• Work in a diverse and supportive team with onboarding support.

• Experience inaccountancy (experience in Shared Service organization will be an asset)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar discipline

• Experience in General Ledger Accounting would be an asset
• Knowledge on the application of accounting tools and IT systems (SAP as an asset)
