Job summary

Talentuno Technologies in Warsaw is seeking a GL Accountant with Spanish to join our international finance team. You will prepare and verify General Ledger journal entries for supported units, reconcile GL with sub-ledgers, and process fixed assets reports.

The role also covers payments, bank statement accounting, billing, and bank reconciliation. You will support audits with data analysis, contribute to balance sheet reconciliations, and assist the Team Manager with non-standard processes,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (speaking, writing and reading).
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in General Ledger accounting; Shared Service environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Books and verifies General Ledger journal entries for supported units.
• Reconciles General Ledger with sub-ledgers.
• Books, reconciles and prepares fixed assets reports.
• Preparing and generating manual and automatic payments.
• Accounting of bank statements, billing and reconciliation of bank accounts.
• Support bank system and financial operations.
• Balance sheet reconciliation and reporting to internal guidelines.
• Provide data and analysis for audits.
• Assist Team Manager with non-standard processes and corrections.
• Collaborate with cross-region teams on projects.

• Books and verifies General Ledger Journal Entries on behalf of supported units
• Reconciles General Ledger with sub ledgers
• Books, reconciles and prepares fixed assets reports
• Preparing and generating manual and automatic payments
• Accounting of bank statements, billing and reconciliation of bank accounts

• Providing data and analysis for audits
• Supports Team Manager to handle non-standard processes, corrections and others orders from supported unit
• Experience inaccountancy (experience in Shared Service organization will be an asset)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar discipline
• Very good talking, writing and reading proficiency in Spanish and English
• Experience in General Ledger Accounting would be an asset
• Knowledge on the application of accounting tools and IT systems (SAP as an asset)
