Job summary

Talentuno Technologies in Warszawa seeks a GL Accountant with Spanish and Italian to join our finance team. You will manage general ledger entries, reconciliations, and reporting for multiple units.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support audits, and help improve processes. Fluency in Spanish/Italian and English is essential, as is a strong numerical mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting; SSC experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Strong General Ledger experience and familiarity with IT systems (SAP a plus).
• Fluent in Spanish/Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Professional certification (CA/ ACCA/ CIMA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Books and verifies General Ledger Journal Entries (accruals, provisions, cost allocations).
• Reconciles General Ledger with sub-ledgers.
• Prepares fixed assets reports and manages payments.
• Accounting of bank statements, billing and bank reconciliations.
• Support audits and provide data for investigations.
• Balance sheet reconciliation and internal reporting requirements.
• Assist Team Manager with non-standard processes and CSR-related projects.
• Collaborate with cross-region teams and multilingual stakeholders.

GL Accountant with Spanish/Italian

• Books and verifies General Ledger Journal Entries on behalf of supported units (accruals, provisions, cost allocations)
• Reconciles General Ledger with sub ledgers
• Books, reconciles and prepares fixed assets reports
• Preparing and generating manual and automatic payments
• Accounting of bank statements, billing and reconciliation of bank accounts
• Supporting bank system and financial operations
• Balance Sheet reconciliation
• Reporting according to internal company requirements
• Providing data and analysis for audits
• Supports Team Manager to handle non-standard processes, corrections and others orders from supported unit
• Minimum 2 years of experience inaccountancy (experience in Shared Service organization will be an asset)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar discipline
• Strong experience in General Ledger Accounting
• Knowledge on the application of accounting tools and IT systems (SAP as an asset)
• High level of numerical and analytical skills
• Very good talking, writing and reading proficiency in Spanish/Italian and English
• Qualified Accountant certificate (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) as a plus
