Job summary

Electrolux Group in Krakow is seeking an experienced RTR Accountant/Senior Accountant to support General Ledger activities for the North American region. You will work closely with stakeholders and the RTR Team Leader to ensure accurate financial reporting in an international environment.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, 3+ years of experience, and advanced MS Excel; SAP experience is essential, with NetSuite/JDE being a plus. Hybrid work and learning opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

About the job

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented RTR Accountant /Senior Accountant to support General Ledger activities for the North American region. This role is ideal for a proactive finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and is committed to delivering high-quality financial processes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. Working closely with internal stakeholders and reporting to the RTR Team Leader, you will enhance processes, uphold high data quality standards, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting within an international environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Performing General Ledger accounting activities with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Conducting balance sheet reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
• Preparing and posting journal entries, including month-end accruals
• Supporting period-end closing activities in line with corporate timelines
• Maintaining high data quality standards and ensuring timely reporting
• Building and sustaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders
• Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement

Qualifications & Experience

• Very good command of English (spoken and written)
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)
• Solid accounting knowledge, including the ability to prepare financial statements
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting
• Advanced MS Excel skills (mandatory)
• Experience working with SAP
• Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite and JDE is a strong advantage
• Availability to work afternoon/second shift hours for up to 7 days per month

You will be based in a modern office in Krakow. Our Global Shared Service Center provides services for all companies in the Electrolux Group worldwide. We are dedicated to Global Finance & Accounting, HR Services, IT, Reporting & Analysis CoE, and Product Documentation.
