Job summary

Electrolux Group in Kraków is seeking an experienced RTR Accountant to join the Record to Report team supporting the Swedish market. You will ensure accuracy of financial records and support month-end closing with internal controls and audit readiness.

You will work across stakeholders, assist process improvements, and contribute to automation and standardization efforts within RTR. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Kraków.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably RTR/GL/SSS environments.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and month-end closing processes.
• Experience with balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and fixed assets.

Responsibilities

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and timely resolution of reconciling items.
• Reconcile inventory-related GL accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare Intrastat declarations and month-end accruals, provisions, and journal entries.
• Execute period-end closing activities in line with deadlines and quality standards.
• Support audits by providing documentation and explanations.
• Ensure accurate financial data processing per SLAs and produce financial reports.
• Maintain process documentation and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support best practices.
