Job summary

Electrolux Group in Krakow is seeking an experienced RTR Accountant / Senior Accountant to support General Ledger activities for the North American region within our Global Shared Service Center.

You'll ensure data accuracy, perform balance sheet reconciliations, post journal entries and support period-end closing, while building strong stakeholder relationships and driving process improvements in an international finance team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Solid accounting knowledge and ability to prepare financial statements.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Advanced MS Excel skills are mandatory.
• Experience with SAP; familiarity with Oracle NetSuite and JDE is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work afternoon/second shift hours for up to 7 days per month.

Responsibilities

• Perform General Ledger accounting activities with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare and post journal entries, including month-end accruals.
• Support period-end closing activities in line with corporate timelines.
• Maintain high data quality standards and ensure timely reporting.

About the job:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented RTR Accountant /Senior Accountant to support General Ledger activities for the North American region. This role is ideal for a proactive finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and is committed to delivering high-quality financial processes.

What you'll do:

In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. Working closely with internal stakeholders and reporting to the RTR Team Leader, you will enhance processes, uphold high data quality standards, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting within an international environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Performing General Ledger accounting activities with a focus on accuracy and compliance

• Availability to work afternoon/second shift hours for up to 7 days per month

You will be based in a modern office in Krakow. Our Global Shared Service Center provides services for all companies in the Electrolux Group worldwide. We are dedicated to Global Finance & Accounting, HR Services, IT, Reporting & Analysis CoE, and Product Documentation.
