Job summary

Hapag-Lloyd AG is seeking an experienced RPA Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable automation solutions. You will work with Business Analysts and Process Experts to transform requirements into reliable automations across SAP and internal systems.

The role requires hands-on experience with Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Microsoft Power Automate, plus REST API integration skills. Hybrid work in Poland with international teams offers strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in process automation or software development.
• Hands-on experience with RPA Platforms like Blue Prism, UiPath or Automation Anywhere (required).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (required).
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrating enterprise applications.
• Experience developing and supporting enterprise-grade automation solutions.

Responsibilities

What Makes You A Fit

• Minimum 3 year of professional experience in process automation or software development.
• Hands-on experience with RPA Platforms like Blue Prism, UiPath or Automation Anywhere (required).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (required).
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrating enterprise applications.
• Experience developing and supporting enterprise-grade automation solutions.
• Understanding of software architecture and development best practices.
• Experience designing reliable, maintainable, and scalable automation solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and cross-functional environment.

Nice to Have / Optional Requirements

• Programming experience in C# or another object-oriented language.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning or Intelligent Automation solutions.
• Knowledge of shipping, logistics, or business administration processes.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
