Qualifications

• Deep experience at the intersection of machine learning, systems engineering, and robotics.
• Proven track record training, fine-tuning, and deploying modern DL architectures for robot control.
• Strong software engineering and infrastructure skills with scalable Python code.

Responsibilities

• Core Research & Large-Scale Infrastructure at the intersection of Robotics and ML.
• Own the Training Stack: design and maintain infra for large-scale VLA model training, including scheduling, distribution, checkpointing, logging.
• Enable Rapid Iteration by building tools for launching, monitoring, debugging, and reproducing experiments.
• Train from Deployment Logs using production robotics data to pre-train robust models.
• Drive the Software Feedback Loop by translating research needs into infra capabilities and tracking experiments.
