Job summary

Nomagic seeks researchers to bridge classical robotic stacks to generalized AI. You will work at the intersection of robotics and ML, training, fine-tuning, and deploying modern architectures on real robots in production environments.

You will design and maintain the core training stack, leverage production logs for pre-training, and collaborate with ML researchers to accelerate model progress. Relocation is offered, with flexible hours in an English‑speaking environment.

Qualifications

• Deep experience at the intersection of machine learning, systems engineering and robotics.
• Proven track record: training, fine-tuning and deploying modern deep learning architectures for robot control.
• Strong software engineering skills and proficiency in Python and DL frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive research and infrastructure for large-scale multimodal model training.
• Own the training stack: design and maintain core infra for model training, scheduling, logging and checkpointing.
• Enable rapid iteration with tools for launching, monitoring, debugging, and reproducing experiments.
• Train from deployment logs to pre-train robust robot foundation models.
• Drive the software feedback loop by translating research needs into concrete infra capabilities.
