Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Dispatch Specialist to answer inbound calls from motorists seeking roadside assistance and to verify customer and vehicle details. You will dispatch towing and roadside providers, coordinate services, and provide real-time updates on arrival times and status.

You will document requests across multiple systems, deliver compassionate customer service, and remain calm in stressful situations, available 24/7, 365 days a year. Note: US applications only.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from motorists requesting roadside assistance
• Verify customer information, vehicle details, and service eligibility
• Dispatch towing companies and roadside service providers
• Coordinate services such as towing, jump starts, tire changes, lockout assistance, and fuel delivery
• Provide real-time updates on service arrival times and request status
• Reassure customers and remain calm during stressful situations
• Document service requests accurately while navigating multiple systems
• Deliver compassionate, professional customer service from start to finish
• 365 days a year
• 7 days a week
• 24 hours a day
