Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group is seeking a Manager-level professional to own and drive risk governance, PMO discipline, and strategic risk initiatives within the CRO organization. You will manage issues, remediation progress, and governance forums while coordinating with stakeholders across divisions.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the team's book of Significant Issues raised by Product and Engineering, driving ownership of action owners and deadlines.
Chase, report on remediation progress and ensure issues have accountable owners.
Maintain an audit-ready record of issue status, evidence and closure.
Manage the Workflows Risk Operating Committee (ROC) in partnership with the BCO, including agenda, materials, minutes and actions.
Ensure the ROC is a well-run forum for surfacing and challenging risk topics.
Lead strategic risk projects and ensure governance is embedded across the Group.
Support Capital Allocation processes and risk-related requests with accurate documentation.
Engage with stakeholders across the CRO organisation and Divisional/Functional partners.
