Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group is seeking a Director in Group Risk to lead the oversight of the Group Control Framework and Material Controls, coordinating attestations and delivering high-quality reporting for governance forums.

You will partner with GRC and Technology teams to improve tooling, data quality and reporting capability while promoting a strong risk culture aligned with LSEG values.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in non-financial risk, controls and governance.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; advanced PowerPoint and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Group control framework and material control governance, ensuring effective monitoring and reporting.
• Coordinate the annual material control assessment and attestation process with senior stakeholders.
• Prepare papers, dashboards and insights for Non-Financial Risk Committee, Executive Risk Committee and Board discussions.
• Support Head of Non-Financial Risk in developing Control, Risk Event and Issue Management Standards.
• Promote a strong risk culture and ensure alignment with Group policies across locations.
