Zusammenfassung

Planet Pharma in Kraków, Poland seeks a Revenue Operations Specialist with 2–4 years of experience in reimbursement, billing or revenue operations within life sciences. Qualifikationen

2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Billing, Reimbursement, Finance Operations, Customer Service, or similar roles.
Background within life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or a regulated industry.
Strong Excel skills and experience working with data and reporting.
Experience using SAP or other ERP systems is highly desirable.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

Aufgaben

Managing patient onboarding and treatment initiation processes
Processing prescription orders and supporting reimbursement activities
Coordinating purchase orders and invoicing with payer organisations
Supporting billing, collections, and revenue operations processes
Working closely with healthcare providers, key account managers, and internal stakeholders
Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting within ERP systems
Supporting cash collection activities and resolving billing queries
