Job summary

Novocure in Kraków is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist on a 6-month project-based engagement. The role blends on-site and remote work (3 days in the office, 2 days from home) at Fabryczna Office Park, Kraków.

You will support revenue operations across markets with emphasis on reimbursement management and cash collection, coordinating patient onboarding, orders, initiation, invoicing, and collections in collaboration with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in revenue operations, billing, reimbursement, or similar operational roles.
• Experience working with payer organizations and managing reimbursement, invoicing, and collections.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for healthcare providers, payer organizations, and internal stakeholders for onboarding, reimbursement, and treatment start prep across markets.
• Process and manage incoming prescription orders in Novocure systems for timely patient intake.
• Coordinate treatment initiation activities ensuring all admin and documentation requirements are fulfilled.
• Coordinate Purchase Order cycles with payers to avoid interruptions in reimbursement.
• Prepare and submit invoices to payer organizations using manual processes and external e-invoicing platforms.
• Drive collection follow-ups with Accounts Receivable to minimize outstanding receivables.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all case-related activities in the ERP system.
• Ensure SOX-compliant operations and support special projects as assigned.
