Qualifications
- Experience in logistics operations in retail and/or e-commerce.
- Advanced MS Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Advanced SAP (SD/MM/IM) or ERP/WMS experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full operational retail and e-commerce logistics.
- Monitor and coordinate daily shipment operations to stores and customers.
- Verify completeness and timeliness of orders from projection to shipment.
- Control stock levels, inventory, and replenishment.
- Liaise with 3PL on daily operations, discrepancies, escalations, and inquiries.
- Validate data from SAP and 3PL systems (IDOCs, reports, stock checks).
- Monitor inbound/outbound/returns/cross-docking processes.
- Analyze sales and inventory to improve processes.
- Support SAP MM/IM movements and data corrections with IT.
- Report KPIs/SLAs (Retail replenishment, OSA, OTIF, WFR).
