Job summary

DOUGLAS Group seeks a logistics operations professional to oversee end-to-end Retail and E-commerce shipment operations. You will coordinate daily shipments, monitor stock levels, and ensure accurate order fulfillment from planning through shipment.

Responsibilities include maintaining 3PL relations, validating SAP/IDOC data, and driving improvements in warehouse and replenishment processes. Strong Excel and SAP expertise required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics operations in retail and/or e-commerce (preferably in a 3PL environment).
• Advanced MS Excel reporting, data analysis, and pivot tables.
• Advanced SAP knowledge (SD/MM/IM modules) or other ERP/WMS systems is required.
• Able to handle large data volumes in a fast-paced, operational setting.
• Strong communication, proactivity, and a high degree of independence.
• Experience maintaining collaborative relationships with 3PL providers.

Responsibilities

• Full operational responsibility for Retail & E-commerce shipments to stores and customers.
• Monitor, analyze, and coordinate daily shipment operations.
• Verify completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of orders from projections to shipment.
• Control stock levels, inventory, and replenishment processes.
• Communicate with the 3PL and resolve discrepancies; manage escalations.
• Verify SAP/3PL data (IDOCs, reports, stock comparisons).
• Monitor inbound/outbound/returns/cross-docking/logical warehouses processes.
• End-to-end process management; identify causes of delays and coordination resolution.
• Analyze sales, inventory, and turnover data to improve processes.
• Support SAP processes: verify data, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with IT/Procurement/E-commerce.
• Report KPIs/SLAs (Retail replenishment, OSA, OTIF, WFR).
