Job summary

Successfactors in Poznań is seeking a Credit and Collection Junior Specialist to support local cash collection, credit control, and account maintenance. Reporting to the Retail Team Leader, you will help resolve outstanding items and customer inquiries.

This entry-level role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and strong Excel skills. Some travel may be required; fluency in English (B2+) is expected, and a finance or accounting background is a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred but not required).
• Entry-level role; experience not required but will be an asset.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate cash collection and credit control processes.
• Maintain and clarify customer accounts and outstanding items.
• Monitor overdue payments and follow up as needed.
• Coordinate and clarify customer complaints.
• Prepare periodic reports and provide internal and trade statistics.
• Respond to local queries within scope of responsibility.
• Assist with team and department projects (may include limited travel).
• Perform other ad-hoc accounting and finance tasks.
