Job summary

Bridgestone Poznań is seeking a Retail Credit and Collection Junior Specialist to support cash collection and credit control within a local team. The role combines accounting tasks with customer account management in a hybrid setup.

Ideal for graduates in Finance or Accounting or candidates with an interest in credit control. English skills (B2) are required, and there is a possibility to travel for projects.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred but not required).
• Entry-level role; experience not required but will be an asset.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Communicative English (B2 or higher).
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• High level of customer service.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to work under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and efficient cash collection and credit control processes.
• Maintain and clarify customer accounts and outstanding items.
• Monitor outstanding debts and follow up on overdue payments.
• Coordinate and clarify customer complaints.
• Prepare periodic reports and provide internal and trade statistics.
• Respond to local queries within the scope of responsibility.
• Assist with team and departmental projects (may include limited travel).
• Perform other ad-hoc accounting and finance tasks.
