Job summary

The role involves working with English and Ukrainian content, maintaining objectivity, and adapting to evolving guidelines, with 7-day rotating shifts in the Krakow office. Strong resilience and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume content moderation or customer service is preferred.
• Strong emotional resilience and stress management.
• Excellent comprehension and communication skills in English; Ukrainian proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to remain objective and adhere to client policies.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Experience with content moderation or BPO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, classify and/or remove content per client guidelines using specified tools and channels.
• Stay updated on client policies and guidelines.
• Keep up with industry trends and developments in responsible AI and content moderation regulations.
• Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the Trust & Safety team.
• Develop prompt strategies to interrogate large language models on sensitive topics.
• Analyze model responses for appropriateness or need for disclaimers, per guidance.
• Collaborate with teammates to build best practices for content moderation and governance.
