Job summary

Accenture Poland seeks a Trust & Safety Analyst in Kraków to review and classify user content, ensuring compliance with client guidelines and contributing to responsible AI strategies. The role involves handling potentially disturbing content with resilience and working within a collaborative team to improve content safety and policy adherence.

You will use specialized tools, stay updated on evolving policies, and participate in a program supporting employee wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Excellent comprehension and communication in Polish and English.
• Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills.
• Ability to perform duties objectively, without personal biases, following client policies.

Responsibilities

• Review, classify and remove content according to client guidelines using tools.
• Stay updated on client policies and industry trends in content moderation and responsible AI.
• Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues within the Trust & Safety team.
• Develop prompt strategies to interrogate large language models on sensitive topics.
• Analyze model responses for appropriateness and whether disclaimers are needed.
• Collaborate with teammates to build understanding of responsible AI issues and governance.
