Job summary

PwC Poland is looking for a Resource Management & Allocation Team Leader to guide end-to-end allocation across technology capabilities, balancing project demand with available skills and capacity. You will coordinate with Delivery Managers and Capability Leaders to forecast needs and mitigate allocation risks.

As a leader, you will own bench management, drive reporting on allocations and utilisation, and partner with Recruitment to translate gaps into hiring plans.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Resource Management with hands-on allocation, capacity planning and utilisation management.
• Proven people leadership, developing and evaluating team members.
• Strong Excel skills with large datasets; experience with Power BI/Power Query or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end resource allocation across technology capabilities and match demand with capacity.
• Maintain visibility of availability, assignments, gaps, and future demand.
• Escalate resource conflicts and manage complex allocation cases.
