Lingaro is seeking a motivated intern to join the Resource Management team for a 12-month term in Poland. You will support Account Delivery Managers, collaborate with HR, TA, and Competency Center Heads, and help maintain accurate allocations in internal systems.

You will receive daily guidance and mentorship from your supervisor, with exposure to modern AI tools to streamline workflows and data tasks using Power BI and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to Account Delivery Managers.
• Manage the team mailbox, trackers, and communications with Line Managers.
• Keep employee allocations updated in internal systems.
• Produce and verify data using MS Excel and Power BI reports.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Competency Center Heads.
