Job summary

Accenture Poland is offering a Data & AI internship where you will work on GenAI projects and practical AI solutions. You will learn from experienced engineers and consultants, gain exposure to modern frameworks such as Docker, Terraform, AWS and FastAPI, and contribute to real client work while developing project management and leadership skills.

The role requires active student status with 30 hours per week availability, and strong basics in Python and SQL, plus English and Polish

Qualifications

• Active student status with at least 30 hours per week.

• Foundational understanding of cloud concepts and containerization.
• Familiarity with Pandas, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

THE WORK

At the Data & AI team, our engineers operate across varied technical environments solving problems throughout the software development lifecycle. From coming up with the designs, through setting up a parametrized infrastructure defined as code to writing backends, pipelines and user-facing interfaces. We prioritize fundamental utility over passing industry trends, continually refining out work to eliminate unnecessary complexity. As part of your role, you will embed artificial intelligence into you daily engineering practices, accelerating delivery while maintaining strict standards for the projects involved. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and build Generative AI solutions. Beyond technical execution, you will step into a client-facing role, actively contributing to business decisions while gaining practical experience in project management and team leadership. We are looking for versatility. People who can seamlessly adapt to new challenges and drive impactful, highly reliable solutions across the stack.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Active student status and availability of at least 30 hours per week.
• Basic knowledge of Python, SQL and common best practices for software development.
• Foundational understanding of cloud concepts and containerization.
• Familiarity with popular data tools such as Pandas, PyTorch, or scikit‑learn.
• Openness to feedback coupled with the willingness to improve.
• Communicative level of English and Polish

PREFERABLY YOU ALSO HAVE

• Basic understanding of the theory regarding LLMs.
• Familiarity with concepts such as RAG, vector databases or agents.
• Introductory experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Personal project portfolio, hackathons or other relevant experience.
• Knowledge of big data processing.
