Energy Jobline ZR are seeking a Civil Engineer / Structural Engineer to join a growing London-based consultancy. You will work on structural refurbishment, alteration and new-build residential projects, under senior guidance, with responsibility for designs, calculations and site inspections.

The role suits engineers from a couple of years’ experience up to recently Chartered, with opportunities to progress and take responsibility for larger projects within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural engineering or related field.
• Experience in structural design and calculations.
• Knowledge of UK design standards and Eurocodes advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural design and calculations for residential refurbishments and new builds.
• Develop structural schemes from first principles and prepare calculation packages.
• Coordinate designs with architects and clients; supervise site visits and inspections.
