Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced External Facades Manager for an ongoing project in Piccadilly, Central London. You will lead external façade/envelope works, coordinate subcontractors, and drive the programme to keep milestones on track.

Role requires strong façade/external envelope expertise, proven subcontractor management, and a solid understanding of quality and H&S standards. You’ll hit the ground running on a busy London project and ensure delivery to programme targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading external façade or envelope works on large projects.
• Proven track record in managing subcontractors.

• Ability to start immediately on a busy London site.
