Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Sopot seeks a Reservations Sales Manager to lead and develop the Reservations Sales team, soliciting opportunities and maximizing room revenue.

You will train staff, handle day-to-day sales activities, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with Sales and Conference Services to convert inquiries into confirmed business. A strong focus on customer service and loyalty is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; no work experience required.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in sales/marketing, guest services, front desk, or related area.

Responsabilités

• Solicits and manages reservations sales opportunities to maximise revenue.
• Provides training and work assignments to Reservations Sales staff.
• Uses negotiating skills to close on business and negotiates contracts.
