Job summary

ZF Automotive Systems Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Reporting Unit Controller in Częstochowa to support controlling, cost accounting, reporting, and performance analysis within the Reporting Unit. You will collaborate with Corporate Controlling, functional leads, and local finance teams to enhance financial transparency.

The role requires SAP CO/FI knowledge, SAP BW preferred, strong English, and advanced MS Excel skills. Hybrid work and an employment contract are offered.

Qualifications

• Completed business studies with a focus on controlling/finance.
• Experience in the controlling/finance area.
• Very good command of spoken and written English.
• Must be a team player and able to work with and through others.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the integrated controlling process in planning, reporting, analysis and measures within Reporting Unit.
• Coordination of the internal cost accounting at the site.
• Support for corporate functions and service centers to ensure correct mapping in the cost accounting systems.
• Implementation of billing concepts and intercompany charging model.
• Contributing to global Corporate Controlling requirements, being an interface to Functional leads, Local Finance etc.
• Support divisional processes, data collection and interpretation of business performance.

About the Team:

We are looking for a finance professional to support controlling, cost accounting, reporting, and business performance analysis within the Reporting Unit. Working closely with Corporate Controlling, functional leads, and local finance teams, you will help drive financial transparency and support key controlling initiatives.

• SAP knowledge (SAP-CO and FI) as well as SAP BW - would be favorable;
