Job summary

Mölnlycke is seeking a Sales Representative for Wound Care Home Care in Mazovia to drive growth, build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, and present solutions. You will lead education sessions, conduct product presentations, and strive to meet quarterly and annual sales targets while monitoring market activities.

You’ll operate field-based with occasional visits to the Warsaw office and possible international travel, reflecting our flexible work approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in medical sales or related roles.
• Knowledge of diabetology, surgery, chronic wound healing is an asset.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Winning attitude, goal orientation, team mindset, patient-first approach.
• Polish (native) and English (B2).

Responsibilities

• Developing and growing the Wound Care business while building long-term, trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and other members of the medical community.
• Delivering high-quality education through training sessions, conferences, and scientific symposia, and organizing professional product presentations.
• Achieving sales targets in line with quarterly and annual plans, directly contributing to business growth.
• Monitoring competitors’ activities and gathering market insights to strengthen Mölnlycke market position.
