With 8+ years in industry (or PhD with 4–5 years), you’ll apply advanced statistics, ML frameworks, MLOps, and cloud tools to improve Workday integrations and analytics capabilities, driving innovation across the product suite.

• Strong background in statistics, ML algorithms, and AI methods for business problems.
• Proficient Python programming for scalable, production-grade AI/ML solutions.
