Job summary

Kainos seeks a Workday EDM Solution Architect (Principal) to own the quality of how we implement and configure our Employee Document Management application for our global client base. You will lead a workstream, engage on high-profile projects, and serve as a senior client liaison and escalation point.

You’ll contribute to business development, help estimate opportunities, and mentor senior staff while developing capability in your region and across the team.

Qualifications

• Significant experience operating at a senior or director level on multiple large ERP/Workday implementations.
• Exceptional understanding of ERP/Corporate Services and Workday product areas including Financials and Payroll.
• Experience with software as a service delivery models and delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee an ERP/Workday implementation workstream for enterprise customers.
• Engage directly on high-profile projects and provide senior client liaison and escalation.
• Contribute to business development by supporting sales with estimations and proposal content.
• Mentor and develop senior talent and share knowledge across teams.
