Qualifications

• Experience using Workday HRIS system.
• Experience in Workday configuration would be a plus.
• Payroll knowledge/experience will be nice to have.
• English advanced.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support in HR technology solutions strictly related to Workday.
• Support Workday Modules: HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence, Time Off, including researching and resolving problems.
• Serve as a consultative partner to HR/Payroll teams in EMEA/APAC to enhance local operations and employee experience.
• Identify and research issues and formulate resolutions by analyzing fact patterns and SOPs.
• Follow Workday best practices, development standards, and guidelines.
• Create test scenarios and test scripts.
• Perform system testing and coordinate user testing and acceptance.
• Escalate issues to the Global HR Technology team as appropriate.
• Develop and train internal clients on new processes and functionality in Time Off and Absence Modules.
