Astor Simovitch Law in the United States is seeking a Sales Specialist for weekend and evening coverage, offering remote work and huge earning potential. You’ll be a rockstar closer who can hold space for families navigating crisis while closing high-value legal services.

No cold calls; leads come to us. You’ll guide clients through intake, present options with clarity, and use CRM tools to follow up and nurture relationships, enabling compassionate service and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven success in sales (legal experience not required—we’ll train you on the law).
• Ability to sell high-dollar services by focusing on value and life transformation.
• Professional polish with the grit and drive of someone who’s overcome obstacles.
• Comfort using tech (Windows, CRM tools, Zoom, Clio Grow/Manage, etc.).
• Willingness to treat a Friday 4:30 pm call with the same care as a Monday morning.
• A team-player mindset—no lone wolves, clock-watchers, or complainers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients (no cold calling; leads come to us).
• Close the sale of legal services with confidence, compassion, and a focus on value.
• Guide people through our intake and service options with clarity and courage.
• Follow up with warm leads and track client engagement using CRM tools.
• Support the smooth transition of clients from intake to legal services.
• Maintain excellent communication with potential clients, referral partners, and the legal team.
