Job summary

PayNearMe is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead the Payments & Money Movement portfolio and steer the platform through its next phase of growth.

You will build and coach senior product leaders, align cross-functional teams across Finance, Risk, Compliance and Engineering, and drive a modern, scalable payments platform that enables faster, more reliable money movement for clients and partners.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience in payments/fintech or financial infrastructure.
• 7+ years of progressive product leadership leading multiple product teams.
• Strong track record in scaling or modernizing high-volume transaction platforms.
• Excellent executive communication and cross-functional partnering abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap and execution for the Payments & Money Movement portfolio.
• Lead, coach and develop senior product leaders and their teams.
• Drive platform modernization while balancing near-term needs and long-term growth.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Engineering to support scale and efficiency.
• Translate platform investments into measurable client value and business outcomes.
