Job summary

Aryzta Europe Business Service Center in Wrocław seeks a highly organized Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from inception to delivery. You’ll plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, coordinating finance, master data, IT and procurement teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years as a Project Manager in SSC environments, with Finance/Accounting/Controlling experience and French at C1 level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Management.
• 3+ years as Project Manager.
• 3+ years in SSC organizations.
• 3+ years in Finance, Accounting or Controlling.
• Experience in Finance projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding Business Case principles.
• French C1.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and vendors for execution.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure performance using appropriate tools.
• Report issues to management.
• Ensure resource availability.
• Conduct risk management to minimize risks.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Business Case creation & update.
