Job summary

Aryzta Europe Business Service Centre in Wrocław is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion. You will plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget, coordinating finance, data, IT, and process teams.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years as a Project Manager, experience in SSC environments, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Management.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager (3+ years).
• Experience with business transition projects.
• Experience in SSC organisations (3+ years).
• Experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling (3+ years).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Budgeting and financial tracking.
• Conflict resolution and negotiation.
• Stakeholder management and project team motivation.
• Problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
• Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as needed.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and elevate issues to management as needed.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Conduct risk management to minimise project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
