Job summary

Intertek is seeking a Testing and Inspections Coordinator to join the Hardlines & Softlines team in Poland. You will support the order-to-cash process, prepare quotations, and maintain relationships with international laboratories and clients.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 2–3 years in international, customer-facing roles. Fluency in Polish and English, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders from initial request through invoicing.

• Maintain direct contact with clients, providing knowledge and guidance throughout the process.
• Monitor regulatory updates and market developments relevant to the business.
• Prepare monthly forecasts and maintain records of ongoing activities.
• Support the complaint handling process and contribute to issue resolution.
• Provide ongoing operational support to the Testing & Inspections Manager.

Intertek, a leading Total Quality Assurance provider to industries worldwide, delivering innovative and customized Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification (ATIC) solutions, is looking for a Testing and Inspections Coordinator to join our Hardlines & Softlines Business Line in Poland.

Intertek's Hardlines & Softlines business helps retailers, brands, and manufacturers ensure their products meet safety, regulatory, quality, and performance standards. Through a global network of laboratories, our experts verify the design, safety, and quality of a variety of products with innovative ATIC services, helping industry stakeholders overcome challenges and protect consumers worldwide.

Following an initial onboarding and induction phase, the resource will be responsible for supporting the team in managing customer orders, preparing quotations, and maintaining fluid relationships with international laboratories and clients.

What to expect:

You will join the Operations/Testing team and will be responsible for:

• Managing and coordinating customer orders from initial request through to invoicing and payment.
• Preparing accurate quotations and offers for testing and product certification services.
• Collaborating closely with Intertek global laboratories, external consultants, and internal functions (Sales & Marketing).
• Participating in meetings and maintaining direct contact with clients, supporting them with knowledge, experience, and guidance throughout the process.
• Monitoring regulatory updates, technical standards, and market developments relevant to the business.
• Preparing monthly forecasts and maintaining accurate records of all ongoing activities.
• Supporting the complaint handling process and contributing to issue resolution to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Providing ongoing operational support to the Testing & Inspections Manager.

What we are looking for

• Master’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years of professional corporate experience in structured, international organizations.
• Previous experience in foreign and customer-facing roles, such as B2B Customer Service, Project Coordination, Service Coordination, Export Sales, or Logistics Operations.
• Fluent Polish and a very good command of English (both written and spoken).
• Good PC skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, and multicultural environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong customer-focused approach.

• Salary range: 8,500 - 9,500 PLN gross / month.
