Job summary

BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. seeks a Territory Manager Poland (remote) to lead sales across key accounts in Poland.

Under the Sales Lead-EEC, you will develop integrated account plans, represent BioMarin at medical meetings, and become an expert on clinical data and messaging. The ideal candidate holds a Pharmacist/MD/BS in life sciences, with at least 3 years in biotech/pharma sales and experience with rare diseases.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist or MD or BS in life sciences.
• Minimum of 3 years sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector.
• Experience in innovative product areas, hospital drugs in specialist indications preferred.
• Experience with rare diseases highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated account plans for key customers.
• Provide professional representation at medical meetings and conferences.
• Become an expert in clinical data and company messages and explain their significance to others.
• Achieve sales, penetration and patient objectives quarterly and annually.
• Contribute to the strategy, goals, forecast, and budget for the country.
• Collaborate to maximize country goals, build competencies and processes.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the territory.
• Work with Central Functions as appropriate.
• Report adverse events or safety information per BioMarin requirements.
• Distribute educational materials to Healthcare Professionals and educate them on materials.
• Document distribution and receipt confirmation of materials.
