Job summary
BioMarin is seeking an Associate Director, Market Access for Poland and Eastern European Countries. The role focuses on driving market access strategies, coordinating payer engagements, and leading reimbursement activities across Poland and nearby regions.
The candidate should have strong experience in market access, HTA, health economics, and policy, with the ability to collaborate across Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Government Affairs. Central/Eastern Europe language skills are a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field as listed in the Education section.
- Advanced degrees in Market Access, Health Economics, Public Health, or Health Policy are preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; additional Central/Eastern European languages are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver market access activities across the Eastern European region.
- Prepare pricing and reimbursement dossiers for various market archetypes.
- Support national/regional reimbursement processes, pricing negotiations, and contract renewals.
- Maintain alignment with Global, International, ENE Market Access, and cross-functional teams.
