Job summary

BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. in Poland seeks a Territory Manager/Associate Territory Manager for Poland (remote role).

You will support our Commercial organization by developing and executing account plans, representing BioMarin at medical meetings, and building strong relationships with key healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate holds a Pharmacist, MD, or life sciences degree, with at least 3 years of pharma or biotech sales experience, and is fluent in English and Polish.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist or MD or BS/BA degree in life sciences.
• Minimum of 3 years sales experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sector.
• Experience with rare diseases highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated account plans for key customers.
• Represent BioMarin at medical meetings and conferences.
• Become an expert in clinical data and company messages.
• Achieve sales, penetration and patient objectives quarterly and annually.
• Contribute to strategy, goals, forecast and budget in countries.
• Collaborate to maximize country goals and develop processes.
• Build excellent relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Central Functions as appropriate.
• Report adverse events or safety information per policy.
• Distribute educational materials to Healthcare Professionals.
• Educate Healthcare Professionals on BioMarin materials.
• Document distribution and receipt confirmations.
