Job summary

Wilson seeks a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative team. You will act as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate, delivering best talent using market intelligence and cutting-edge strategies.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to clients while maintaining strong relationships and meeting submit-to-hire goals. Remote-friendly and globally experienced.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong client focus and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with ATS, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Ability to develop recruitment strategies and meet weekly/monthly targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process from candidate screening to interview coordination.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present candidates to clients and advise on hiring decisions.
