Wilson is seeking a motivated, consultative and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative, dynamic and talented team. This role acts as trusted advisor to clients and advocates for candidates, delivering best talent through cutting-edge strategies and market intelligence.

You will oversee the recruitment process from sourcing through interviews to hire, build a strong candidate network, tailor strategies to client needs, and maintain relationships to meet weekly and monthly

Qualifications

• Proven ability to recruit across the full lifecycle.
• Strong client focus and relationship management.
• Ability to build and execute recruitment strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process from candidate identification to feedback gathering.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Create proactive recruitment strategies to identify both passive and active candidates.
• Present strong talent and overcome objections in the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections, compensation and processes.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met.
• Update and maintain ATS data and related reports.
