Zusammenfassung

Wilson is seeking an Early Careers Recruiter to attract, engage and hire graduates, interns and apprentices across regions. You will partner with Hiring Managers and Talent Attraction to build diverse pipelines and deliver data-driven recruitment strategies.

You will manage full-cycle recruitment, apply structured assessments, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while representing the employer brand at careers events and university fairs.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering Early Careers or high-volume campus recruitment.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with Hiring Managers and stakeholders.
• Proven sourcing and converting early talent pipelines.
• Strong understanding of structured assessment methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring programmes with strong prioritization.
• Confident communication to influence stakeholders.
• Experience using recruitment systems and data to drive decisions.
• Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and candidate experience.
• Comfort with high-volume, seasonal recruitment.

Aufgaben

• Design and deliver end-to-end Early Careers recruitment strategies for graduate, intern and apprenticeship programmes across assigned regions or disciplines.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and business leaders to define hiring needs, forecast demand and shape selection approaches.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through universities, events, digital channels and targeted outreach.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment activity including screening, interviews, selection decisions, offers, and intern conversion processes.
• Apply structured assessment approaches to evaluate candidates fairly and consistently against role requirements.
• Deliver an inclusive and high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Represent the organisation at careers fairs, university events and external engagements to strengthen employer brand and visibility.
• Use data and recruitment insights to monitor pipeline health, improve conversion rates and inform hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with Talent Attraction colleagues to ensure seamless coordination of assessment processes and candidate flow.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Early Careers programmes, including EDI initiatives and process enhancements.
