Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Technical Marketing Engineer (TME) for a remote role reporting to the Director of TME in Product Management. You will drive PoV engagements, architect lab environments, and publish deployment guides while delivering training to systems engineers and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical marketing, solutions architecture, or advanced systems engineering.
• Deep subject‑matter in routing, switching, TCP/IP, and network segmentation.
• Proven PoV pilots and executive architectural evaluations in complex enterprise networks.
• Hands‑on lab design with bare‑metal, hypervisors, and lab emulation platforms.
• Advanced packet analysis with Wireshark and tcpdump.

Responsibilities

• Lead PoV engagements and field validations with enterprise prospects.
• Architect and maintain robust lab topologies simulating branch/edge networks.
• Troubleshoot complex L2/L3 escalations and real‑world networking issues.
• Create deployment runbooks, reference architectures, and white papers.
• Deliver technical enablement sessions for sales engineering and partners.
