Job summary

Utopia Design seeks a Technical Interior FF&E Specialist with advanced Revit expertise to support the delivery of luxury hospitality interior projects within a BIM-led environment. You will develop, coordinate, and deliver detailed interior documentation across stages 2–5, ensuring design intent translates into buildable, procurement-ready information.

You will collaborate across architectural, structural, MEP, and interior teams to produce robust interior packages, manage FF&E/OS&E schedules,

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in interior Architecture or similar.
8-15 years of experience in interior architectural design.
Strong Revit expertise and BIM coordination required.

Responsibilities

Produce and coordinate detailed Revit-based interior documentation across stages 2–5.
Develop technical drawing packages including GA plans, layouts, RCPs, elevations, sections, and bespoke joinery details.
Prepare and manage FF&E and OS&E schedules, specifications, and asset registers.
Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, and interior teams within shared BIM environments.
Support FF&E/OS&E procurement documentation, sample tracking, and product approvals.
Ensure all deliverables meet durability, performance, maintenance, and luxury hospitality standards.
