You will work remotely in Poland, collaborate with customers, and advance from Associate to Consultant in less than 2 years.

Starting annual salary is 120,000 PLN with potential increases and a bonus program after the first year.

Qualifications

• Recent bachelor's or master's degree graduate (0–2 years postgraduate experience).
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Authorized to work in the European Union (no visa sponsorship).
• Willingness to travel up to 20–30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Tailor the software configuration to fit customer needs.
• Test new features and help ensure correctness and reliability.
• Own customer requests and manage project timelines from start to finish.
• Act as a trusted advisor to maximize long-term value of the technology.
