Qualifications

• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Recent bachelor’s or master’s degree graduate (up to 2 years post-grad).
• Willingness to travel up to 20–30% of the time.
• EU work authorization; Veeva sponsorship not provided.
• Ability to work remotely within Poland with occasional in-person collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Tailor the software by configuring the platform to client needs.
• Test and problem solve before new features are released to the customer.
• Manage deliverables: scope work, estimate timelines, keep projects on track.
• Act as a trusted advisor to help customers maximize value from the technology.
